Culture of promotions within the company, and many women in senior roles. Recent investment in product has led to efficiencies in day-to-day tasks, with time spent on interesting problems, and better work/life balance. Solid partnerships with advertisers, agencies, and publishers.

None to mention - the company has definitely matured over the past few years, with a sincere focus on diversity, equality and inclusion, and a friendly relaxed office culture.

Thank you for your feedback! We are truly a melting pot of amazing people :) Love the analogy! We have put a lot of thought into what it means to be an Outbrainer. From the moment we look for external talent to the internal development journey from our teams. We know that our culture is very unique and we strive to preserve our culture through this time of constant change. Our Working from Home approach is also something we have put a lot of thought into. Ensuring we offer flexibility for our employees to balance their personal and professional life is really important to us. Regarding your remark around the lack of involvement in strategic decisions, we encourage you to reach out to your leaders to have those strategic conversations. Feel free to instigate those conversations and share ideas! We all have a seat at the table!
