Nice industry, but Beware of phony culture and top heavy leadership

Nice office Most staff are friendly and helpful Good holiday time off Hybrid work Benefits are generally good

Cons

Leadership is very top heavy Raises generally come once every two years DEAD end jobs for most non-creative funtions The management lacks solid communication and understanding of employees Pay is VERY skewed towards higher level employees/senior leadership There is a feel of a grind with little appreciation; Certain SL will chew you up, use you, and spit you out when you're no longer needed
