Pros

- T1 as a whole has great values & is very inclusive, diverse and compassionate. The CEO and C-Suite level leadership genuinely care about their employees & are extremely open and approachable. Will even make an effort to build a relationship with those in the most entry level positions, which is almost unheard of. They lead with heart. - This is a great place to kickstart your career and feels a bit like a "safe playground" to get your feet wet. - Office and physical workspace/grounds are beautiful. -Almost all fellow employees and team members are kind. Great experience outside of nitty gritty nuances.

Cons

- Not good for career growth/promotion & compensation. You will consistently perform tasks above and beyond what is described in your role - but you will not be rewarded with the adequate promotion or the compensation for your work until almost 2 years later. It's easy to feel overlooked and burn out early in your career here and still happening. - Leadership on half of the team can feel spastic and disorganized, often leaving junior employees to feel there is a lack of clear direction. Discussions that should be had privately amongst leadership on their own calls to orient themselves are consistently had on daily calls, which often makes things more confusing and less clear for junior team members who do not need to be privy to information. - Would rather lose talent, time and training than help you transition departments, even after loyalty for years is demonstrated. Personal offense was taken in what should have been a safe and honest dialogue about the depreciation of my enthusiasm for current role and desire to switch after 3 years. Not once in that discussion was my desire to change departments even once explored or even acknowledged, rather I was encouraged to part ways entirely. -Team is divided in a strange way. They say they are two "mixed" teams of mixed location, but there is still a majority Dallas team and a majority LA team. If you are a single outlier by location on one team or the other - good luck. The unbalanced team structure also does not incentivize anyone to return to office, which CEO has stressed over and over as an ultimate goal. Teams should be divided more evenly in both strength and location.

Pros

Very relaxed atmosphere, nice people, great time a off and work life balance

Cons

No real opportunity for career growth or exponential salary increases (they pay outside applicants more than internal transfers or promotions)
