Leadership is a complete mess, processes all broken, favoritism and chaos all over the place. Leadership literally doesn't have a good idea of where or how they will make the product or company profitable without lopping off more people and giving themselves their bonuses. Over all security practices out the window, over all goals never getting met due to lack of bodies to fill the gaps. Pointing fingers of the complete lack of innovation and future roadmap for the product. Customers are very unhappy with the product
