      Pros

      This is a growing company so you have a lot of chances to move up and create what you want to do for a career. The people are awesome. The environment is fun because the people who work here really make it that way. There are a lot of changes since I've been here, but they seem to be for the better. Recently they switched everyone to pro plan commissions so that is awesome and a relief. I can also see a future where I had difficulty before. So far I like the changes. The Director of Operations is also one of the best people you will ever meet, and the director of sales really cares about the people and the company so that's refreshing.

      Cons

      The salary is low. There are some people who are great and other who are negative and will find every reason not to work and bring others down with them. That is the thing I dislike the most. Why can't you just be happy when other people do well? Why can't you just work?

      Pros

      This is a great place to work. I have never worked at a company that is so family oriented and actually cares about you at the office and outside of the office. There are so many different opportunities to grow and flourish within the company as well. As long as you are willing to pick up the phone and do the work you will be successful. Management is there to help, but do not sit over your shoulder to make sure you do your job. If you are a self-motivated individual you have the opportunity to make as much money as you want. You are given all the tools to be successful and you are trained to eventually move into a management role.

      Cons

      Base is low, but you have a chance to make whatever you want with the uncapped commision structure.

      Pros

      The operation manager. This is the ONE "pro" about this company. There are very few people like him, and honestly, this should be his company.

      Cons

      Just look at the reviews... you can tell when a company wants to cover up all the negatives... there are constantly terrible reviews which are then followed up by amazing 5 star reviews... That doesn't even make sense. Even if that many people were happy with this company, there wouldn't be that many 5 star reviews. Maybe 3-4 stars. Everyone says the same thing... so you know it's not just one employee that had a bad experience. This place is terrible. You will never be respected unless you because best friends with the other sorority/fraternity members around the office. If you're not best buds with them...forget it. You will constantly be told that you are replaceable and lazy. You will get very little out of this experience other than knowing exactly what you DO NOT want from your next job. Glassdoor is an anonymous site...meaning ex/current employees have no need to lie about negative reviews... just think about that... Also... the owner of this company is such a low life he has even gone to posting nasty negative comments about his employees on Facebook...and not just on his status, but as a comment on his "director of sales" wall. Disgraceful.
