Pros

Training is ok. Great to learn about making the sales call and doing it. That's all.

Cons

A lot of favoritism to management. If you are new, don't look for your jobs to be filled. Recruiters will not work on them.!!! People that have been there a while are snobby. A lot of clicks. Don't look to make more than 27K a year for 1st year. A lot of turnover. HR does nothing!!! Why have one.???

Thank you for your feedback. We do our very best to train & manage our sales staff to make the correct reads when a client engages us to assist in their hiring. One of the most challenging aspects of this position is qualifying leads: are we dealing with a decision maker; do we have all the information we need; is the client participating in the process with a sense of urgency; etc…. We have a system that has proven successful for over 38 years!!! Our sales & recruiting management teams have years of experience in focusing on solid sales opportunities and minimizing time spent on orders that are unlikely to close. We ask our sales team to put forth the effort required to have success & have faith that their leadership team is acting in their best interests.

Pros

Upper management is very encouraging and kind. It is a Christian company and supports family and values.

Cons

The company is making money hand over fist, but aren't putting money back into the company. You have no resources. They use MORE PAPER than any company I have ever witnessed. All of the managers started with the company and have had no real management training. It's like a high school, mostly. There are cliques and "mean girls" that wouldn't last day one in a true corporate environment. Most of the managers were new college grads or restaurant servers that were good at their jobs in sales and promoted based on their numbers. They have bad relationships with a lot of their clients and have poor client record management. I saw 100's of clients that haven't been contacted in over 5 years. They push new hires to create new opportunities because of this poor file management.

Broken Promises, Poor Communication

Pros

It was a job and I did get paid.

Cons

Communication very iffy. When mother passed away no communication until two weeks later--only to see if I was back on a 40-hour week. No contact at all when my position ended. Nada. Screwed up health insurance so they took double out for two months, causing financial strain.
