      Pros

      - They give chance to shine. - Amazing work culture - Open door policy - Less pressure if you like your Job - Growing at a good pace - Suresh :p

      Cons

      - Better coordination between HR and team. - Management still need to be more transparent. - Lot of basic things in developing stage.

We are pleased to know about all the good things you have mentioned about your experience but we take your negative feedback with seriousness too. -We have been working hard on forming a strong HR Team in 2018 which you might have seen and will continue to see in 2019. This will help in closing any loops which need to be filled by HR. Its on priority for us as a company. -Any non-transparency which you felt may not have been intentional. We saw the need to bring in more transparency and started 'lunch and learn' to be held at regular intervals. I hope you were able to attend one of those sessions. If you have further feedback on this, please do share with HR. -As we are still a bit small at the moment but growing (and hiring) at a fast pace, we are definitely working on developing and improving all the basic things one by one. I hope you are already seeing the results. Last but not the least, I'd like to ensure that we want to believe in our employees. I apologise if you felt otherwise and suggest that you discuss the matter with your supervisor/manager or HR as its tough to say much without having enough context on the matter on this platform. I hope that by now you have got some visibility on the company policies coming up as we have hired people in HR and there are a lot of HR related developments that we have been working on in 2018 and we will continue to do so in 2019 on priority. I hope you will agree that trust in HR or any department in formative years cannot be blind and to have this trust we are working on all the crucial HR related matters ON PRIORITY.       Pros

      Good team to work with. Most of the team is young, so no ego clashes and hierarchical nonsense of MNCs. Great Leads to help you. Good compensation. Great oppportunity to learn

      Cons

      Very few holidays (Definitely need to increase them). No proper process in HR/Account Activities.( Very less staff in the domain, needs to employ more people as the strength has increased) Irregular timings.
