It is with genuine concern that I write this review, as my experience here has been shaped by something quite difficult to ignore. Although I am working on an excellent project with a truly impressive technology stack, the environment has been overshadowed by the conduct of a particular colleague. While none of the abusive remarks were directed at me personally, I have repeatedly overheard this individual using harsh, demeaning, and frankly inappropriate language towards others — both on the office floor and inside cabins. It is jarring, unnecessary, and deeply unprofessional.
Even as someone not directly involved, simply being exposed to such behaviour in a workplace that should be respectful and composed has been uncomfortable. No employee should feel unsettled just by being present at work.
I had considered taking this to HR, but witnessing the same abrasive manner being used towards HR team themselves made me question whether any complaint would be taken seriously or handled with neutrality. The perception that this individual operates closely with senior leadership only adds to the hesitation.
The work itself is genuinely rewarding, which makes it all the more disappointing that the atmosphere is affected by something entirely avoidable. I am sharing this in the hope that it encourages reflection and leads to meaningful change and a great place to work.
