Nothing, You will learn to be slave

Cons

1. Very very poor management 2. Leadership Team is very bad , They think you are a salve 3. Don't go with other reviews all are biased 4. Pay is good , but be ready to work on Saturdays and Sundays 5. Work life balance is gone

Pros

1. Good salary (just to lure to make you join) 2. Office location is good

Cons

1. They literally hire people to fire them. They have hired highly experienced corporate people from top MNCs and firms. They make them work in a college type projects, which for them is a ground breaking innovation/discovery. Make them work in tight schedules and finally fire them after 3-4 months. The reason they usually give is that the person doesn't believe in the success of the project. 2. Almost half the employees are part timers. They either belong to some other company or are freelancers. 3. Very poor and in-experienced batch of team leads and project owners. 4. After working here, you will definitely want to quit IT field. 5. I belive it is the first MNC which is in the path of becoming a startup (thanks to novice CEO) 6. During the COVID-19, they were the first company to fire in Hyderabad. Rest were made to work on a compensation which was par below their CTC.

Pros

I've worked over 10 years in HR, Techolution is one of the best. Left due to maternity/decision to stay home and raise kids

Cons

Could be less meetings, i think we'd be more productive
