      None. I wouldn’t even recommend working here for experience, you are going to have a bad time if you decide to work here.

      Cons

      Technolution exploits interns by giving them brutal workloads and the same amount of responsibilities a regular employee would take on, just so that they can cut corners and save money. Leadership has zero respect for employees, all they care about is profit. They constantly make terrible decisions based on greed, and the ones suffering for their actions are us!

      Blatant favoritism and preferential treatment terribly affect employee morale! Employees are unhappy, work culture is toxic and leadership is terrible! Nothing to like about to be honest.

      1) Building something meaningful is never easy, it's challenging, unpredictable and often messy but the focus here is more on getting your craft better everyday as eventually that will drive the right outcome

      1) Ambiguity in scope is real but given the pace of change in our industry right now, it's something to embrace. Not everything will be clearly documented or structured, yet the ability to take a rough idea and shape it into a final product is crucial. It's an area I'm actively working to strengthen
