One of the best place to work Management acknowledges employee efforts and rewards accordingly I've got to work on the latest cloud technologies and offerings And I enjoy playing TT at Office.
Cons
Like every other company, Techolution went through a time during Covid days last year however it inching closer to regaining its former glory under some excellent leadership. I backed the company during the tough times and now I am rewarded as well.

where to start ?? 1.Good Technical Stack - one of the best company that working on lates technologies like Cloud ,MicroServices , PCF Devops , Angular 4 , IoT and Many more 2.Work from home - Company will trust the employees and allows them to do work from home 3.Salary - Best salary in the market , i dont see Much Negotiations on your expectations .Salary will credit on last working Day :) 4.Colleagues : one of the Best colleagues that i have seen so far . 5.very Good Clients 6.benefits : one of the best company which offers Joining Bonus , Relocation expenses Pay , Visa sponsorship and many more 7. Overseas travel for client locations like Singapore , US . 8. More than 200 % Growth in last one year . 9. office is going to become as Live IoT Lab in couple months

- Company is flexible in terms of working hours - Management does a excellent job in recognizing talent and encourage them to reach new heights professionally and personally - Good on-site opportunities - Company has a culture of freedom with responsibility, which encourages to employee to perform at their best - Best in market salary - Options to work on cutting edge technologies - Not to forget the amazing office space in Hyderabad- 'Techolution City' and a space in World Financial Center- USA
Cons
- Benefits to employees other than salary are less. However, management is fixing them by bringing in lot of exiting benefits to employees. I don't see any other cons.

Great atmosphere , Open workspaces , Open door policy and there is no hierarchy needed to be followed for anything .There is a deep learning curve as the company is working on emerging technologies .
