Pros
*I'd like to start out by saying my rating of the CEO is poor, but Tami is no longer the CEO, it's currently Chris Bohn. Who is not a good CEO. Tami was amazing. Competitive base pay, continuous improvement mindset encouraged (while not always accepted in practice, it's nice that new ideas and improvements are encouraged by the company at a culture level)
Cons
Annual layoffs to meet financial goals: they'll start trimming from the bottom rather than messing with executive's 300k bonuses, leaving the actual working teams struggling with increased workloads No regard for employee quality of life: the choice to switch remote work back to in-office was opposed by most employees, but ignored by management. No diversity: There may be periods where the company has a few diverse employees, but they're quickly cycled out, replaced by the same demographic to hold executive positions. Lack of recognition: They boast a unique recognition program in an attempt to allow employees to be recognized by their peers or management for their efforts, but management is more likely to give you a pat on the back and tell you to get back to work. High turnover: The turnover rate is very high, likely due to the reasons mentioned already- but also the domino effect of someone leaving, and everyone else's workload increasing, and management not caring enough to hire new people- and then executing a round of layoffs on top of that. I could go on, but to summarize professionally, if you're considering working here you should view your experience as exactly that. Experience. Don't expect to make it a home, or even to experience an extended stay, unless you're that special demographic who also suffers from a touch of soullessness that will propel your career to higher heights. Best of luck to you all
