-Utterly clueless leadership class seemingly perpetually one step behind industry trends -Strict adherence to outdated and ineffective business systems courtesy a "lemming march" mentality with parent company Fortive -Poor compensation if not hard-negotiated and demoralizing preference for contractors over FTEs -Miserably outdated and depressing workspaces/facilities -Bloated management class creating unhealthy work/life balance for individual contributors -Largely unresponsive HR department after onboarding -Preference to hire under-qualified leadership externally vs promoting from within -No real obvious company-wide direction other than "up" -General lack of enthusiasm over the development (or lack thereof) of innovative new products/services -Brutal annual layoff practices including hiring of private security for immediately escorting fired employees out of buildings

Work environment is hostile towards racial and sexual minorities. Promises of promotions that never come. Pressure to work nights and weekends. Was verbally pressured to work during paid holidays. Compensation below average. HR treats you like a problem and starts monitoring you if you complain. Frequent layoffs with no warning and bare legal minimum severance. No opportunities for advancement or development. Performance reviews are quota-based and arbitrary.
