Lack of professionalism, heavy gossiping, Management will openly talk badly about their employees in front of other employees or berate them on calls, They tend to cause drama when they are unable to adequately train or onboard employees themselves. Strict hybrid policy requiring employees to commute into the most dangerous part of Philadelphia three times a week, when the work can be done remotely. Most Epic teams are remote and flex hybrid.
