      Pros

      Temple Univeristy Healht Sytem is a challenging environement which poses an opportunity for young and up and coming people. You are exposed to challenging problems that many at the same level will never see until they are managers. This comes with a cost of sometimes heavy workload. The management tean, including Executive Leadership, is very inviting and approachable in both the office and casual setting like lunch. TUHS also has educational benefits that allow reimbursement both at the Temple University and other accredited universities. Management makes a sinsere effort to support professional development. Executive Management is very strong and work together as a team.

      Cons

      Wtih the opportunites comes heavy workload (at times). It can also fluctuate with changing priorities that can look to be without reason. Also, the skillset of peers is inconsistent so you may be working with a brilliant star one moment and someone that may just be doing what they need to make it thorugh the day. It can be frustrating if you are the star. But stars will shine brighteer and find more opportunities to build up their career. While some may be concerned about locations, it is very safe at all hours and is v ery convenient to center city and the outer suburbs. In that sense TUHS is a jewel.
