      Pros

      Excellent atmosphere with warm, friendly people. Great opportunities to work with a variety of people, departments and committees. Some travel allows for change of pace.

      Cons

      Not the greatest area of the city. Things such as parking/food are expensive and there aren't a lot of nearby alternatives.

      Pros

      I really liked the friendly people and atmosphere. The diversity was great. Felt like family There is tuition remission for up to 6 credits so that was great.

      Cons

      Its in a bad area, but thats about it. Also I would appreciate more contact with upper management. Monthly meetings would be good.
