Pros

Just a student worker- flexible hours. Can take off for school work and fits in easily with school schedule. Make 10 an hour.

Cons

If you work in a clinic it is hard to take off. Only hours during clinic hours (8-4). Require more hours (15-20 a week) may be hard to do if you have a busy scheudle

Pros

There is a flexible work environment. You can move around fairly easily from one department to another department. There are some great doctors.

Cons

Physician Assistant's hired for the University side are placed in a union that does not represent their best interests. No provision is made to help assist in the cost of state licensing, DEA licensing, Board testing or any other typical costs that help you to maintain your licensing to include CME's, nor days off to accommodate for completing CME's.
