Almost never get a lunch break. Patients can get very violent. Security is not the best. Main campus ED is a trauma heavy site. Poor work life balance as the ED techs at main campus are still working 5 8hour shifts compare to the other TUHS hospitals whose ED techs are work 3 12hour shifts.

Impersonal work with almost no opportunity for team building within the office because you are on the phone all day. There is only one singular route for pay increases and advancement, so there is unimpressive growth opportunity.
