Excellent benefits, good comp and best health care plan in the city. Some really good people work here with a focus on mission to help the underserved.

Cons

Big and bureaucratic with a “not my job” ethos permeating the entire organization. There’s a new management team pushing culture change that doesn’t realize what they’re up against. The downtown location is downright dangerous. You can literally get shot on Broad St leaving work. New senior leaders recruited from other parts of the country aren’t fit to serve in the roles they’ve been given. Politics reigns in promotions among upper management.
