Pros
The major pro of this job are the co-workers. I have worked with such an amazing team of nurses. They were GREAT start to finish! Temple is a great hospital and I always felt safe here, the security is superb.
Cons
Unsafe nurse ratios for case managers, the demands are literally ( I kid you not) impossible and unsafe. You can expect to take on more responsibility and an increase in pt assignment with little/no support every single day. This is a great hospital but NO support given to case managers and the increased in demands are impossible. I really wanted to love this job. pon weekends expect anywhere from 120-200 pt assignment. I am an experienced nurse who took pride and truly cared about the patients. Management is NOT supportive. I have seen so many Case Managers run out the door. How much are you willing to take?
