      Pros

      The people are passionate about their and very smart.

      Cons

      Tempus is filled with nepotism and hires/promotes friends and acquaintances. Current employees do not receive the same salary and benefits as new hires and there is a lack of upward mobility.

      Pros

      I love my coworkers, who are also extremely unhappy at Tempus.

      Cons

      In my experience, Tempus is a highly unstable workplace with ineffective, disengaged leadership. Communication is inconsistent at best, priorities shift abruptly, and support for employees feels minimal to nonexistent. The overall environment comes across as disorganized and indifferent to employee well-being. I would strongly caution prospective employees to scrutinize every detail, verify expectations in writing, and approach with significant caution. Most of us are actively seeking employment with competitors because Tempus is a sinking ship. Run.
