Thank you for sharing your feedback and ongoing experience at Tend. We appreciate your clinical care to our members. We want all of our team members to work in a positive, empathetic, and productive working environment, and it is nice to hear that your studio embodies those characteristics. We strive to have a competitive total rewards package for all roles, which does include market, performance, and merit reviews. We also know work and time off balance is important, and we did make positive enhancements to our 2024 PTO policy to include both paid and unpaid time off, plus paid holidays.
