      Great co-workers, dysfunctional processes and no work/life balance

      Pros

      I work with some great people who generally are very helpful.

      Cons

      The organization is chaotic. There is no work/life balance. Depending on your role, expect to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Salary is low. Unlimited PTO is a great idea in theory until you try to take off but are expected to be available any way.

      To much change, no organizational stability

      Pay, Sales Management, Used to be the people but so many changes.

      Cons

      No work life balance. To many organizational changes in past 4-5 years, constant. Changes have resulted in loss of intellectual property to run the business.
