Terillium is a small boutique Oracle consulting firm and privately owned. If you're a solid JDE consultant and like to work independently, and are not looking for much guidance or resources, Terillium is the place for you.

Cons

Terillium viewed all resources as money making machines. The mantra was bill. bill. bill! Under different life timing, perhaps our differences in approach may have been able to become more aligned.

Leadership and Advancement Issues: Advancement relies more on tenure and loyalty to the company's owners rather than merit or professional achievement. The leadership team’s qualifications are questionable, often based on their ability to maintain the status quo and allegiance to higher-ups. Lack of Professional Development: There are minimal opportunities for professional growth, mentorship, or honest communication, affecting both employees and customer relations.
