Pros

Performance and talent is recognized and rewarded most of the time. Some outstanding senior resources that are very willing to share knowledge and mentor.

Cons

There is a select inner Cincinnati circle that defines the company - all white males. The comments about a frat boys, old boys mentality are very true. Lack of defined roles and compensation scales. Some execs and most of the key players are overloaded. Poor retention of younger talent. Good luck finding tenured, influential women or minorities.

Pros

- Legitimate JDE experts work here, meaning, there are great resources available. - Will develop consulting skills and pay for training. - Yearly company meetings where company pays for travel, meal, entertainment at a city/location.

Cons

- "Old boys club" atmosphere. The "preferred" employees share very similar backgrounds: Males, graduates of local Cincinnati area universities, frat members. - Unless you are a seasoned consultant, you will be paid less than market rates for your initial years. - Senior management utilizes bullying tactics on both employees and clients. They have A LOT of former clients and employees that detest them.
