Pros

Open door policy, qualified co-workers, great training, and great resources

Cons

Projects are inconsistent based on the PM/Client Exec. Can't have one PM flexible with remote work and the next expecting you to travel on holidays.

Pros

A work-hard and play hard-culture, excellent compensation, a management team that really listens to the input of everyone who works here and the opportunitiy to work with and learn from the best consultants in the industry.

Cons

Travel can be hard, but that's part of the consulting industry. Terillium does what it can to assist consultants with work/life balance by providing things like 4 day work weeks for traveling consultants, bonuses for hours billed and the ability to earn extra days of vacation every quarter.
