Pros

Simple job just talking about bugs and billing. When I worked there I was at $15/hr not sure what the hourly is now, but the pay was too low unless you're in sales, so I had to move on and I got licensed to sale insurance. If you're young with no responsibilities or just have free time and want to work then it might work for you.

Cons

- Low hourly - Dealing with angry customers - This might have changed, but when I worked there I had to offer and in home inspection which generates business for the company, but you didn't get commission for setting that up unless you were in sales. So that didn't make sense to me to offer it. -Micromanaging
