Pros

only good thing is you are not really stuck behind a desk everyday. pay is okay about 42K plus commission (very little commission and you wont get that kicked in for 5 to 6 months). not going to sugar coat it. there are way more cons.

Wow, where to start, maybe not all situations but here is mine. First of all training is terrible! Depending on branch manager they are not there to help, only want sales. 25K a month is what they expect you to sell, and in the beginning you are reliant on help for pricing since there is no price guide they really give you. So, they tend to overprice jobs if it is something that they do not want the branch to take care of. Leads go to branch manager favorites are not distributed evenly, even if you close the ones you get. If you don't make sales for your self which is usually difficult because Terminx is the highest price out there in comparison. Your territory has more than likely been picked over by someone who was there before you, absolutely no loyalty here. Very very high turn over rate. Management enjoys this because it gives them an excuse for branch numbers, helps them make excuses for their own lack of being involved. Last but not least if you do manage to get sales and you have a tech who is terrible ( which they typically favor ) you will spend most of your time putting out fires and doing service tech mangers job of making sure techs do what they are suppose to. Cant totally blame the techs, management cares more about the big jobs and very little about making sure they are doing what they are suppose to do. IF YOU HAVE ANOTHER OPTION...TAKE IT! IF NOT TAKE THE JOB BUT BE LOOKING FOR SOMETHING ELSE WHILE YOU WORK! Terrible company. Oh, and the meetings are always the same thing with nothing new, waste of time but I am sure it makes district management fill good about their job.

Pros

Management allows you to work hours that are best for you and your family. Unlimited commission potential if u are a real sales person and not just an order taker

Cons

Sometimes get tired of running your mouth on the phone. Not enough new products to sell to prospects to increase revenue.

they'll take almost anybody here,

Cons

starting out you have to use you on car, and fill it up with your own gas. high turnovers because of that.
