Pros

Good pay & benefits! Great people lots of contests!

Cons

The call center sales people make the sales but the local branch technician steal the commission by reselling the customer under their number. Some techs will cancel the sale and treat under the table for quick cash. Lots of favortism among sups and employees.

Pros

Company provides you with a car and a gas card. You can make your own schedule most of the time.

Cons

Terminix charges you $400/month for the company car. The amount is automatically taken out of your paycheck, which isn't much to begin with. The company had to settle a multi-million dollar law suit last year, since then leads have virtually stopped. Upper management tries to convince the salespeople that leads are not important. In this business, leads are imperative. Terminix has a lousy reputation on social media review sites. Often when you do create a prospect, they will check out Terminix and decline to do business with you. The poor reviews are a reflection of poor customer service that starts with management. My local branch looses hundreds of accounts per year, often because the managers don't respond to customer issues. This makes it difficult to grow your customer base.

Pros

The give you a ford focus to drive. Seriously, you'd do better getting your own vehicle vs this $200 POS car allowance.

Cons

Where do I begin. First, if you are in sales, you don't get paid unless you collect the technician does the work and the money is collected. I make over 20K in sales, however, only make crappy $1200 base because they can't get tech's to do the work. You won't be able to feed your family in certain territories and I feel that this is part of a Terminix scam. If you want to know what slavery is like, this is the company for you.
