New President and CEO are aligned to help the field deliver great customer service to our customers and get this company back on track to growing our customer counts by holding corporate departments accountable to delivering things that help the field.
Cons
The Terminix HR organization is a liability. They own nothing and take responsibility for nothing. There have been so many things that they have done and continue to do that negatively impact the performance of this company. We have had multiple pay plan changes that have had a negative impact on our company. We currently have many pay issues where are employees are not paid correctly. You cannot get a response other than we are working on it and you need to wait for a response on your ticket. If you do not get a response enter another one. You would think the HR team would have some compassion for our employees that we do not pay correctly. We are tasked with hiring new employees and are in our peak hiring period but have an HR system that will not process our new hires efficiently causing us to lose several new hires throughout the company.
