Run don't walk! The worst company I have ever worked for. Very mismanaged from the top to the bottom. The corporate call center meddled in local affairs and made it very hard to sell. Most customers were very put out with the call center. The training was horrendous! I went to two weeks of training. 1 week in general training and 1 week of sales training. The sales training was pathetic. Complete waste of time and energy. If I had not worked for a competitor for 8 yrs who had the best training in the industry, I would not have a clue as how to do my job. I was there for 16 months and never received a name badge, a complete uniform. I bought every pair of pants I wore. I had to purchase my own business cards at Staples the last batch I used. The pay plan for salespeople was changed in May. It was ridiculous. No commission was paid until 20,000 in sales were made. My monthly salary was cut $500. The pay for reinspections was taken away. No bonus for Pest sales were paid anymore. My salary was basically cut 30% a month and other salesmen were as well. Management shows favoritism only 2 salesmen were given all the leads and the other 4 of us fended for ourselves! If you are even considering a sales job with this company run! Like I said earlier worst company I have every worked for and I have been a very successful salesman for over 20 yrs! You will make more money at McDonalds!
