      Pros

      Company car & gas card as well as iPhone and iPad provided. Work mostly on your own daily. Meet alot of interesting peoole-some good/some bad! Every day in fact every job can be different. Honest, hard working employees. Quality amount of earned time off annually.

      Cons

      Poor pay scale despite restructure. Must exceed 20,000 monthly in sales to make commission/can be extremely easy to exceed in areas throughout the country, not the case in small town America. Benefits offered-slightly pricey for coverage. Too many hands in the pot, creates scheduling problems. Overall training should be more thorough especially for those with little to no experience. High turnover rate.

      Pros

      A lot of overtime and check looks good payday spend a lot of time with your co workers you know them better than your own family

      Cons

      Slave hours no family time salary isn't good 13 hours so they attack you with too much overtime, got to my house at 3 in the morning one day and they wanted me to show up and clock in at 7 next day and drive to a different office in a different county to clock in 1:30 min away

      Great pay, working independently, benefits,

      Long hours, customers cancel their services affects your paycheck unless, your an hourly employee, no advancement they would rather hire ppl off the street to be managers instead of employees that know the hob inside and out
