Pros

Training, meeting new people and coworkers. Car, gas card, make your own schedule and leads. 401k, good work out and selling

Cons

Terminix changed its pay plan for outside sales reps and its best if you can sell 20k and get commission of 8% and 5% extra on core items. A regular check on last years plan your looking at 15% after you sell $15,500. It's like almost half of your commission goes back to Terminix with this new pay plan. Huge hits like this your working for free when it comes down to it.

Great People, committed to succeed. Many opportunities can work somewhat independently.

Cons

HR empire, management lacks power to make staffing choices. This causes friction between front line associates and management. Can be disorganized, Work-Life balance, corporate leadership has turned over 100% in last 2 years.
