Great training, alright benefits, company vehicle, paid for sales you complete, you have to like/enjoy talking to people and visiting with customers,

Cons

Other employees that 'know it all', you are a number to management and nothing else, management will retaliate against you if you disagree on anything with them (especially insignificant minor things, like telling them that a mechanic is ripping them off, or that an idea that manager has isn't a good idea).

Pros

I set my own schedule by prospecting and getting leads from the company. Work at my own pace. Get to talk to alot of people. They only give me a 2% bonus on sales to "help with gas"

Cons

I have to drive my own vehicle and provide my own gas. I have no set territory. The inbound leads get shared between me and another rep. The "training program" was a joke and, like all large companies, employees that have seen over 10 years service have tunnel vision and no longer think for themselves.
