Pros

Zero pros. This company is heading for a sink hole

Cons

Operations is horrible. Sales persons are treated as second class citizens. Call center has zero clue what is going on. Upper management has no idea how to treat employees. This company has completely lost it's way. Don't work for them or buy their stock

Pros

Good place to work. Good employees on the customer care side. Virtual work is incredible. Large company.

Cons

Benefits keep going backwards. Less for more. Large disconnect between call center and branch. Outsourcing causing job security issues
