Pros

Management has a lot to do with how the rest of the company functions. I feel fortunate to be able to work with smart leaders who possess a powerful sense of mission and vision, yet are so hands-on and connected with all of the teams and processes throughout Testlio. There is genuine interest, support and trust being practiced every day. The company is led with knowledge, passion and above else, kindness. I'm able to see how all of that has played a huge role in building an unrivaled culture. The people in Testlio are the reason why no mountains or rivers will stand in the way of success. I've never felt more inspired to be my best for myself and for my team. We share a bond beyond friendship and belonging. The reason why I knew I needed to join Testlio and what has kept me going through thick and thin ever since.

Cons

It's easy to get carried away with work as there's always something to do. The dynamic environment may not be suited to anyone. Yet, the rewards are epic, if you do feel at home in a fast paced environment where you can really challenge yourself.
