Pros

Clients are high profile You get paid Managers are horrible but besides them everyone seems to be nice

Cons

-They do not provide the right tools for the job -Unorganized structure where managers are untouchable and blame everyone but themselves when something doesn't go the way they like -Micromanagement, you can expect 2 or 3 people to continuously ask you the same questions during the day just to see what's going on, these 2 or 3 individuals all do the same work, and none of it adds value to the project, they prefer to add a manager to the company getting paid more than the developers instead of adding another developer to the team
