      Pros

      Interesting work. Large, stable government contracts. Well known within certain markets. Opportunities for advancement and leadership early in career. Overall pretty good.

      Cons

      Tetra Tech comprised of 40+ separate companies - each run differently and each with a different culture, which makes it difficult to coordinate and operate.

      Pros

      The tuition reimbursement is AWSOME! As in $15k per year! And the matching funds for the 401k are 8%. The pay is good, and the hours are generally flexible.

      Cons

      Shuffling of upper-level executives to areas with which they are not familiar.
