Great company

Pros

Stable and ethical and now with a large presence in the Bay Area. They have formalized processes and you typically know where you stand within the organization.

Cons

Sometimes slow to move as they often operate like a large company. Most employees are in Texas which can limit career opportunities for those not wiling to move back there. A heavy focus on analog.

Pros

Working on some interesting problem and the schedule is not crazy,

Cons

It's too laid back, and people stay 20-30 years there, not much opportunity for the new comer
