Pros

None, they're horrible. Lack of good work and disgusting management

Cons

There are many. Toxic coworkers, abusive language all the time, unprofessional treatment, overworking, psychopath managers and just intolerable

Pros

Benefits were great, offered a nice annual profit sharing bonus, were extremely conservative on their spending budget

Cons

No employee long term incentive, don't value tenured employees, always looking for ways to cut costs. The IT teams are extremely siloed and see the IT department as a cost center, not an investment. HR has no communication skills to their employees.
