I worked in the Support Services Division. It was a great place to work. Friendly staff and it was easy to collaborate to get things done.

Cons

Management was fine. It did seem like I had 3 managers in 5 years though.

-Very laid back -Lots of flexibility -Tremendous work/life balance -Good pay compared to other public jobs

Cons

-Potential to be so slow that it could be boring, especially if you aren't good at finding ways to occupy your time on your own -Because it's public, promotions are pretty much based on years of service instead of performance.
