No cons. Some employees get away with doing nothing but the same in every company in the world.

We make amazing software that helps real people which is very rewarding. Great work-life balance allows me to actually have hobbies. Benefits are great and my contribution to the insurance costs is extremely reasonable.

Cons

We're a UK company and we only get paid once a month - take a bit of time to adjust
