Great work environment. Very innovative. Very welcoming with change. If you think there is a better way to do things, they will consider it and mostly adopt the change. Upper management is extremely approuchable.

Great colleagues who are fun, easy-going, and collaborative yet serious about their work and doing a great job. The products are cutting edge, and the purpose of the organization is commendable.

Cons

Growing incredibly fast and going through growing pains. Much of the staff is new to the company and can't hire fast enough at the moment.
