Fast Growing, Ever Changing Company

Pros

The company is constantly working on ways to improve our products which means we regularly make our customers happy and rarely fall behind the competition. The company works hard to come up with ways to recognize and reward employees. They also strongly promote a healthy work life balance.

Cons

Because the company is constantly changing some things can fall through the cracks which means not everyone is supported in the same way. Also, even though we are growing fast, the company is still relatively small which means not a ton of room for growth.

Pros

An innovative, forward looking company with a family feel and a sense of belonging. As a "Texthelper" you are competitively paid, you get FREE food, gym membership and constant personal development training so you don't go stale. Projects are big and juicy and everyone has a "Yes, let's do it," attitude. There are flexible ways of working (Working from home), etc.

Cons

There aren't many unless you hate Company Summer BBQs.

Values based and clear mission. Open to change and continuous improvement. Encourages feedback and suggestions from staff. Clear strategy and growth plan. Clearly a growing company. Good benefits and staff well-being considerations. Enjoyable work atmosphere and collaborative approach.

Cons

Ideally more flexibility/choice in Benefits would be good.
