Pros

the company provides excellent working conditions, and all staff are very well treated. There is always something going on whether it be tag rugby, yoga classes at lunch, 5 a side football, the company endeavors to provide a relaxed, healthy and friendly place to work. Texthelp is brilliant at developing its staff not only on a professional level but a personal level as well and helps fund training for both. This is the best place I have worked and it would take a lot for me to even consider leaving. i enjoy coming to work everyday.

Cons

We are in a fast paced highly competitive market so the workload can be high, so if you are poor at time management or are not prepared to work extra hours this company isn't for you.
