The job title specified and several things in the post don't seem to match up with our firm. Compensation is clearly laid out in our job offers and requires the recruit's confirmation that they understand it when the job is accepted. The only compensation change we made in the past year is giving all colleagues shares of the firm when we went public. We also have a robust benefits package that includes community service PTO, free telehealth and when a colleague performs a certain number wellness activities (which include things like getting a flu shot, using our free workout program, or taking 5 consecutive days off), their health insurance becomes free.
