      Cons

      Not female friendly work environments. Be prepared to be belittled and disrespected. Corporate HR is a joke and will dismiss serious allegations.

      We appreciate honest reviews that allow us to better ourselves and the way we run our company, however we respectfully disagree with the statements made in this review. They are false and baseless. BRP is a very female friendly firm; two out of the three founding partners are women who mentor, teach and pour into all colleagues, male and female alike. Our culture is one of respect, transparent communication and collaboration. Any allegations made and given to our HR department are handled immediately and taken very seriously. There may be reason to believe the person who left this review did not leave on good terms and this is an attempt to defame our reputation.

      Cons

      Growing at an astonishing rate! Must be able to move at a fast pace and cannot get stuck in old ways. Must be open and embrace change.
