Pros

The club is a great place for social interactions. You get a free membership as an employee.

Cons

They use your free membership as leverage to pay an extremely low wage. No raises ever! Poor management styles, disciplinarian rather than instructive. Does not promote growth. No benefits for part time employees, very expensive for full time employees.
