Pros

The teammate discount is fantastic, and the dress code is great. You're able to observe and learn about different seasonal trends and clothing.

Cons

The team isn't really a team, and many members of the staff can be very self-centered. Organization is chaotic and the customers are self-absorbed and expect everyone to wait on them immediately. Unprofessional higher management and little to no opportunities for advancement if you get a poor store manager. They will work you hard on minimum wage.

Pros

You have free will in designing Windows and layouts. The atmosphere is up beat. You meet a lot of great people.

Cons

You work extremely hard for little pay. Just because a store is doing bad on its numbers doesn't mean you shouldn't be getting paid what your worth. The Woodfield mall store 348, was way behind times on their pay base.

Pros

40% employee discount. Literally the only good thing about this place.

Cons

First, I was never trained properly because of "time restraints" so I ended up getting a huge attitude from and yelled at by a manager for something I didn't know. Second, they want you to be so pushy with the product. I had a customer who came in and bought 8 pairs of jeans in one go. It ended up being over $1,000 in jeans... And my manager was furious that I didn't sell her any shirts, accessories, etc. Third, they don't tell you this when they hire you and I don't know how it is at other stores but I stayed until 2:00am at least 1 or 2 nights a week refilling and refolding shelves. This did not work for me since I was in college and had class at 8:00am.. Needless to say because of this I quit after 3 weeks, but I would have eventually quit anyway because I felt like a peon and was not respected. Stay far away from this place!
