Deceitful and Toxic

I'm having a hard time thinking of any pros.

Cons

I started at entry level and made it up to a manager in training, I was lied to every step of the way. I tried getting my own store but kept getting passed up by the most unethical people. If this is who they are choosing to promote time and time again, then it's a real shame. They kept stringing me along because I was great at sales. I got passed over for the manager spot in the store I worked in for 2 1/2 years by this girl who was absolutely awful and toxic. I finally said that's enough and I left. A lot of my guests won't even shop there anymore because of her.

The literal only pro to working here is the discount on clothes.

Cons

I worked at the corporate office throughout college and was in constant awe of how management ran things. Appreciation was rarely shown, only when the entire company was shown appreciation did my section of the office get acknowledged, clearly because management HAD to. Would gladly hire college kids then either work them to death or shun them when they had other things come up. Favoritism was constantly shown. Turn over rate was crazy and made it even more stressful to work there as we were always asked to work more. Have no idea how the management is still there as that is by far the root of the problem. I haven't worked there in years and still wanted to make a point to leave a bad review, that says something.
